The kitchen has underfloor electric heating which is controlled by a thermostat on the wall. Simply use the up and down temperature settings. The remainder of the house has gas central heating with a thermostat on the landing outside the kitchen door. Again, simply use the up and down temperature settings. The sitting room has an open fire. Logs can be bought locally, including the filling station at Dinas Cross.

Instructions for appliances are in the first drawer next to the oven.

The wifi code is on the router on the landing.

A key fob is left in the kitchen for the roller shutter door giving access to the parking area. Please close the door after use for security and leave the fob in the kitchen after your stay.

The back door gives access to the car park and drive. Please be careful if using the front door ontothe road, especially with children.
